Seeing people achieve results, accomplishing their goals and helping them to get there, and helping them believe that they can believe in themselves is my favorite part about being a trainer.

As an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor (2005) part of that process comes from my classes. They are a variety of strength and conditioning guaranteed to bring results.
